Adult Community English

Program Location : LCEF's Costa Alegre Educational Center

Program Description: LCEF's adult English classes provide local community residents a fun, stimulating and free way to learn English.  Due to increases in tourism and foreign residents, English has become essential in the community of La Manzanilla. Students aged 6 -75 have participated in our beginnerand intermediate/advanced English classes. Several hundred local people from the village have attended classes since the program began in January of 2003.

Program Budget: The adult English program currently costs LCEF $1600.00 pesos a month to operate. We are looking for sponsors, supplies and donations to keep this program running. To donate to this program please click the "make a donation" button above.
